List Tab
The Report List Tab shows the list of configured Reports in the system. The list includes the ReportID, Report Type and creation date. A detailed explanation of the List fields is located in Report Properties on the General Tab.
Actions
The following common actions are available on the List Tab toolbar are listed below.
- Save.
- Discard.
- Refresh.
- Edit (Report Properties).
- Duplicate.
- Filter Editor.
- Filter by Selection.
- Apply Filter.
- Clear Filter.
- Save Filter.
- Show Auto Filter Row.
- Column Chooser.
- Export Grid to Excel.
- Show Dependents.
In addition to the common actions, the following action is only available in the Reports Module and can be taken in the Actions Menu or toolbar.
- Run Report (Report Properties).
