Save

On List and Data Tabs, users can add, edit, and delete items. Changes are visible in the user’s copy of the data. Changes are not saved to the database until the Save action is selected. This action commits the changes to the database. Once changes are saved to the Database, there is no undo command. If the user leaves the module or initiates an action while there are uncommitted changes, the user is prompted to save or discard the changes before continuing.

User interface settings, such as columns visibility, column order, and column width are automatically saved to user settings. These types of changes are saved when the user exits the program.

This command is available on the File menu and also on the Toolbar. The hot key is Ctrl + S.
