General Tab

The General Tab manages the report type and report settings. Fields included on this tab contain two areas: Common Settings and Report Settings.

Common Settings

The Common Settings area has the following information that is common to all reports:

• Report ID. This is the text identifier for each report.
• Description. A user provided description for each report.
• Report Owner. The user that created the report.
• Create Date. The date/time that the report was created
• Last Run Date. The date/time that the report was last run.

Report Settings

Report settings are specific to a report type. The Report Settings section has two drop down boxes configure the Report Category and Report Type.

• Report Category. Filters the list of available report types. There are two types of reports or the Long-Term Reports (LT Mode Only) that are available in LT Mode Only:

  • KPI Reports. This type of report calculates statistics for forecasts based on a comparison of forecast archives and the corresponding actual data series. This report requires additional configuration to select the archives that are used in the report.

  • Configuration Reports. These reports summarize how objects are configured in the system. They include the following types:

    • Meter Reports.

    • Meter Group Reports.

    • Models Report.

    • Portfolio Reports.

    • Schedule Reports.

    • System Reports.

• Report Type. The specific type of report based on the selected report category.

If the selected Report type requires additional settings, these settings will be presented in the space below the Report Category and Report Type drop downs.
