Show Auto Filter Row

The Auto Filter Row constructs a filter using the defined list columns. To activate this option, select the Show Auto Filter Row from the View menu or press the corresponding Toolbar button. This command inserts the filter row below the header row in the table. This row shows the selected value for fields that are active in the auto filter.

• For columns with pre-defined values such as UOM or MPI, use the drop-down box to select the values that you want.
• For free form text fields, typing creates the filter.

If a filter is already applied, then the criteria are in addition to the current filter. Hiding the Auto Filter Row does not undo changes to your current filter. Clearing the filter dismisses and clears all filters, including anything specified on the Auto Filter Row.
