Data Tab
The Data Tab behaves similarly to the Data tab in the Meter Groups Module, Data Tab section. It provides direct access to the aggregated historical data for the Meter (or Meter Group) that is assigned to the selected model. Data values are calculated from the contributing meters, and the aggregated values cannot be edited in the data grid. Similarly, status values are displayed and cannot be changed. The Bad status values are computed from the contributing meter data. If a contributing meter of a meter group is not flagged as "Include in Est" (a property defined in the Meter Groups Module, on the List Tab, data will not be available for display for that Contributor (useless it is a Pass Through model, which does not use estimation data).
Chart View
The chart view on the Data tab displays the interval data for the selected item. Two selection boxes are provided to select the series to be viewed:
- Model Selection. Select from the list of models in the active folder
- Contributor Selection. Select a data contributor for the selected model
Remaining controls to show/hide the chart, set the zoom level, and set scaling options work the same as on standard Data Tabs.
Grid View
The bottom section of the Data tab shows the data for the selected meter. Data in the grid can be edited (or filled), deleted, marked as load control, marked as load event, and marked as bad for modeling purposes. The grid presents the data for the selected meter, with one column per interval and one row per day of data. The right-click menu provides easy access to marking data status.
The Data Grid uses the same color-coding scheme as the graph to present the marked data points with the cell color corresponding to the status setting of the data point. In the grid, Actual (unmarked) values are not highlighted, Load Control values are highlighted green, Load Event values in light blue, Filled values in dark blue, and Bad values in pink.
Right-Click Menu
The Right-Mouse Menu allows quick access to marking data points. This menu is available when selecting cells in the Data Grid. When “All Contributors” is selected only the Bad and Clear All Status flags are available. For an individual contributor, the following actions are available.
- Bad. This action changes the data points' Bad status.
- Load Control. This action changes the data points' Load Control status.
- Load Event. This action changes the data points' Load Event status.
- Clear All Status. This action clears the Bad, Load Control, and Load Event status for the data point.
- Adjust Values. This action brings up a menu with a series of macros to enable quick adjustments to the data values.
- Cut. Cut the selection to the clipboard.
- Copy. Copy the selection to the clipboard.
- Paste. Paste the contents of the clipboard to the selected cells.
- Delete. This status deletes the data point.
