Date Range

On Data Tabs, the Date Range option on the View menu is used to limit the amount of data that is visible to the user. After the date range is set, setting the Zoom to All shows all data within the Date Range but does not show data outside this Range. To open the Date Range dialog, select the Date Range option from the View menu or press the corresponding Toolbar button.

The Date Range dialog has two calendar controls, one to set the start date and one to set the end date. Select the desired dates or enter the dates directly in the text boxes below the calendars. The following additional options are available on the Date Range dialog:

• Forecast Window. Selecting this option sets the Date Range based on the day range for the short-term forecast. This is the default range for screens that present forecast results.
• Use Default Range. The Default range is defined in the code. For most screens this will be all of the current and prior year.
