Options

On Data Tabs or other tabs that have charts, the final item on the View menus is Options. Selecting this menu item allows the user to control range configuration for charts. The scope of the dialog depends on the types of charts that are available in a view. For a line chart where all variables are plotted on a single axis, the options are as follow:

• Always include Zero
• Variable Scale
• Fixed Scale
• Fixed Scale Maximum
• Fixed Scale Minimum

For a line chart where variable can be plotted on a Secondary Y-Axis, the same options are repeated. For a Scatter chart, two sets of options are provided, one set for the X-Axis and one set for the Y-Axis. In the case where multiple charts are presented, there will be a tab in the dialog for the Line Chart settings and a second tab for the Scatter Chart settings.
