List Tab

The List Tab displays a list of Archives in the system. Archives may be data stored from a forecast or a backcast. Archives are added automatically using the Rule Configuration tool, but may be edited on the List Tab or on the Backcasts & Archives Properties, General Tab.

A detailed explanation of the displayed fields is located in Backcasts & Archives Properties on the General Tab.

Actions

The following common actions are available on the Archive List Tab toolbar and Action menu.

• Save.
• Discard.
• Refresh.
• Edit (Backcasts & Archives Properties).
• Add.
• Delete.
• Duplicate.
• Filter Editor.
• Filter by Selection.
• Apply Filter.
• Clear Filter.
• Save Filter.
• Show Auto Filter Row.
• Column Chooser.
• Export Grid to Excel.
• Show Dependents.

The following action is only available in the Backcasts & Archive Module on the Tools Menu:
