Customer Portal

The Customer Portal allows utility customers to view, monitor, and download their usage data. They can set goals and receive alerts to keep themselves informed of their usage.

  1. Account information. Utility customers use this menu to change information and access for their accounts. For more information, see Account Information.

  2. Tools. Utility customers use these tools to view account messages, get help, set meter and data views, and sign out. For more information see Tools.

  3. Goals. Utility customers use this tool to set and track goals for their usage. For more information, see Goals.

  4. Daily chart. Utility customers use this chart to set usage alerts and view detailed usage information for specified days in a month. For more information, see Daily chart.

  5. Comparison chart. Utility customers use this chart to view their usage in comparison with the previous year, their neighborhood, or their other meters. For more information, see Comparison chart.
