Utility customers use these tools to view account messages, get help, set meter and data views, and sign out.

1. Notifications.  Click this to see messages from the utility. These messages include usage alerts.

2. Help.  Expand this menu for access to the following items:

   • Help.  Click this to view a list of help topics in a new browser tab.

   • About the Customer Portal.  Click this to view the Customer Portal version number.

3. Change meter.  Click this to view a list of the meters associated with your account. Click the meter for which you want to see data and charts. This tool only appears if your account has more than one meter.

4. Change end date.  Click this to select an end date for the displayed data. All the charts on the main page will adjust to the selected end date.

5. Log off.  Click this to sign out of the Customer Portal.
