Goals

Utility customers can use the Goals panel to set and track personal usage goals.

• Goal settings. Utility customers click this to set usage goals. For more information, see Setting monthly/weekly goals and alerts as a utility customer.

• Goal this month/week. This displays the set goal for the current month or week, depending on the setting in Edit User Information.

• Usage as of . This displays the usage as of the selected date.

• Goal bar. This bar indicates the usage up to the selected date as a percentage of the set goal. Two percentage thresholds trigger a color change on the goal bar. At the first threshold, the goal bar becomes yellow. At the second threshold, the goal bar becomes red. These two thresholds are configured in the Admin Portal. • Meter reading as of. This displays the date and value of the last known meter reading. If a compound meter is selected, multiple sets of dials will display.
