Data Tab
The Compare Data Tab displays the interval data for each item in the Compare Report list. The top part of this tab (Chart View) provides a graphical depiction of the contributor data. The bottom part (Grid View) shows the data values in a grid. The displayed data range is based on the Date Range (including Start Date, End Date, Relative Start, and Relative End) configured on the List Tab. The displayed range may be modified based on the Zoom and the data range selection bar.
Chart View
The Chart View shows the contributor series. Contributor colors are assigned based on the Line Color assignment for the contributor on the List Tab. Absent a designated color, the system provides default colors. Contributor series may be toggled on or off using the check boxes in the upper right corner of the chart. Data points are viewed by selecting the chart and moving the mouse over the chart.
Grid View
The Grid View shows the numerical data for each contributor series. Each row displays the contributor's interval data with summary statistics on the right three columns. Data in the grid are read only.
Actions
The following common chart controls and actions are available on the Data Tab in the View and Actions Menu and on the Toolbar:
- Save.
- Discard.
- Refresh.
- Edit (Compare Report Properties).
- Compare List Selection.
- Show Chart.
- Show Grid.
- Zoom.
- Date Range.
- MPI.
- Export Grid to Excel.
- Options.
- Full Screen.
The following action is only available in the Compare Report on the tool bar or Tools menu. The actions is used to add multiple contributors to a Compare ID.
