Types of routing programs
Import Data Manager (IDM) provides two types of routing programs:
Data routing program
Used to route data at the service point channel (SPC) level without modifying the service point configuration. For instance, for one service point, use a data routing program to route SPCs through SRI-E and other SPCs through ARI. For more information, see Creating a data routing program.
Monitoring data program
Used to route data that is only intended for export to an external system. For more information, see Create a monitoring data program.
