Using the exceptions list
The items in the Exceptions list identify each remote interrogation failure. To Managing individual exceptions, right-click on the exception item in the list.
You can select groups of exceptions to list, customize the columns shown, rearrange the order of columns, and sort columns in ascending or descending order.

To display exceptions for a Managing groups of exceptions, select the group or subgroup in the left pane. For example, select a workstation to display only items for that workstation.

To select multiple items in the list, press and hold the Shift key. You can perform Managing groups of exceptions functions when multiple items are selected.

To view information for an individual exception, select the item in the Exceptions List. Viewing details, logs, and notes for the exception are shown in the lower pane.

To sort the Exceptions List in ascending or descending order based on any column displayed, click on the column header. Click again to sort in the reverse order. For example, to sort the list by Ports, click on the Ports column header.

To show or hide columns, click Selecting columns (
) or right-click on the column header and select Hide/Show Column.

To rearrange the order of columns, click the column header and drag the column to the position you want.
