Selecting columns
You can select the columns that are displayed in the Exceptions List of the Remote Interrogation Queue and arrange the columns as you want.
The Exceptions List contains the following columns:

Account. The account number associated with this meter.

Billing System Cycle ID. The billing system cycle ID.

Call Mode. Outgoing or incoming calls.

Call Time. The date and time stamp of the call that resulted in the queue entry.

Failure Type. The reason for the interrogation failure.

Last Successful Call. Last successful interrogation when data was collected.

Master. For meters in a daisy chain or shared-line configuration, identifies the master meter.

Meter Type. The meter manufacturer/model.

Notes. Icon indicates there is a user-entered note for this queue item. For more information see

Owner. The individual responsible for resolving the issue.

Port Number. The COM port used to communicate with this device.

Priority. The priority assigned to the cycle: high, medium, low.

Queue Status. New, Pending, Resolved.

Recording Device. The recording device ID (internal recorder).

Schedule. The call schedule.

Service Mode Server. The name of the Service Mode server.

Service Point. The service point ID.
-
Task ID. The ID of the task template.

Task Status. Failed, error, warn, pass.

Workstation ID. The ID for the workstation.
Changing Order of Columns
To rearrange the order of columns in the Exceptions List, click on the column header and drag the column into position.
Showing or Hiding Columns

To select the columns to show in the Exceptions List, click Select Columns
.
Tip: You can also right-click on the column header and select Show/Hide Columns or press CTRL-C.
The Select Columns dialog appears.

Select each column that you want to appear in the Exceptions List.

Click OK.
