Viewing details, logs, and notes

The lower pane of the Remote Interrogation Queue window provides additional information about the individual exception or group of selected exceptions.

• Select the Details tab (or press CTRL-D) to view detailed information and notes about the specific or group of selected exceptions selected. The details tab lists all columns for the selected row. You can enter notes in the notes pane of the details tab or use the Edit properties dialog to enter notes.

• Select the Task Logs tab (or press CTRL-A) to view the task ID, received date, severity, and error message for the interrogation.

• Select the Communication Logs tab (or press CTRL-M) to view the communication history for the failed interrogation. The interrogation connect time and disconnect time are shown, as well as the communication log attributes and their values.
