Queue assignment

Use Queue Assignment to assign queue items to operators for resolution. Queue Assignment is available for the readings validation queue and the AMI billing export queue.

Queue Assignment allows you to do the following:

• Distribute queue items evenly across a group of operators, by percentage or by maximum number of items.

• Filter queue items to assign certain types of items to a particular operator or operator team.

• View new and existing queue item assignments on a graph.

Opening Queue Assignment

• For the reading validation queue, go to MDM > Validation Queue > Validation Queue Assignments.

• For the AMI billing export queue, go to AMI > Monitoring > AMI Billing Export Queue > ABE Queue Assignments.
