Working in the queue assignment window

The Queue Assignment window includes the following panes:

• Top Pane. Provides Filter and Refresh features and displays the total number of queue items and the number of unassigned queue items. For more information, see Filtering queue items for queue assignment.

• Users. Filter the operator list and assign new items by percentage or maximum number of assignments. For more information, see Assigning queue items to operators.

• Graph. View the number of new and existing assignments by operator. This can help you redistribute current assignments more evenly across a team of operators. For more information, see Reassigning queue items.
