Item view tab

Use the Item View tab to see a list of the items within each request. There is a request item for each entity provided in a request. The request item is the unit of work in AMI Data Export – all channels of data under a request item export together. If any channel has an error, then the whole request item is held in an exception state.

Exception Pane

This pane displays the total number of request items in the grid by exception category. Here you can see the number of items in each exception category and the percentage of the total items that are in each category. This information updates every time a new filter is applied or whenever an action is taken that changes the number of items in an exception category.

Status Pane

This pane displays the total number of request items in the database, grouped by request status. This information updates every time a new filter is applied, whenever the screen is refreshed, or whenever an action is taken that changes the status of a request item.

Summary Grid

The Item View summary displays all the request items within the AMI Data Export request that meet the filter criteria. Populate the Item View by drilling down into a specific request item from the Summary View tab:

• Double-click on a row in the Summary View grid.

• Highlight a row in the Summary View grid and select the Item View button.

• Highlight a row in the Summary View grid, and from the right-click menu, select Item View.
