Activity Details
Accessed from a specific activity record on the MTS Activities search results page, the Activity Details screen provides available information about the selected activity:
- Activity ID. The activity's numeric identifier (shown in the header).
- Reason code. The reason code of the activity, such as abnormal consumption Meter Data Notification (MDN) or Gateway (GW).
- NMI. The 10-character National Metering Identifier.
- Status. The status of the activity:
OPEN
,PENDING
,READY
,CLOSED
, orCANCELLED
. - Created datetime. The date and time at which the activity entry was created in MTS.
- Assigned to. The MTS user currently assigned to the activity (will be blank if not assigned).
- Updated by. The MTS user who last updated the activity (will be blank if not updated).
- Filename. The name of the received transaction file (will be blank if no file is available).
- Note. Any additional information about the activity.
A user who has been assigned the activity can close the activity or take other actions (see Activity Details Actions for more information). Additional activity details are shown in the following panels:

Error. Provides textual information about the reason for the activity. If needed, click the copy icon (
) to copy the text to the clipboard.

Gateway XML. If the activity relates to a gateway assignment (reason code
GW_
), this panel displays the relevant XML code. If needed, click the copy icon () to copy the XML to the clipboard.
- Consumption details. This panel displays only for an activity with a reason code of
MDN_ABNORMAL_CONSUMPTION
