Activity Details Actions
The Activity Details page includes an Actions menu () in the page header. This menu varies according to persona and activity type. The possible actions include the following options:

Edit status/note. Opens a dialog box that displays editable Status and Note fields. Valid for any activity assigned to a Market Transaction Operator, Configuration Manager, Data Export Operator, Billing Operator, Market Transaction Analyst, Data Export Analyst, Billing Analyst, or Managed Service Operator persona.
Tip: In the dialog box, the Note preset field contains a drop-down menu with previously saved notes. For future reuse of text in the Note field, select Save current note text as a preset.
- Assign activity to myself. Assigns the activity to the current user if already assigned to someone else. Valid for the Market Transaction Operator, Configuration Manager, Data Export Operator, and Billing Operator personas.
- Assign activity. Displays a user drop-down menu. Valid for any unassigned activity and available to the Market Transaction Analyst, Data Export Analyst, Billing Analyst, and Managed Service Operator personas.
- Re-assign activity. Displays a user drop-down menu. Valid for any activity assigned to either the current user or a Market Transaction Analyst, Data Export Analyst, Billing Analyst, or Managed Service Operator persona.
- View history. Valid for all activity types and personas. Opens a screen with all historical updates displayed in table format, as accessed from a transaction Details action > Activities tab > View history action (for more information, see Activity History).

Release to market. Valid for any
MDN_ABNORMAL_CONSUMPTION
activity assigned to the current user and for which the status is notCLOSED
orCANCELLED
. Creates new internal export requests for each export request that has been trapped (stopped). The date range of the new request will correspond to the original request. Upon submission, the activity status is set toCLOSED
.Note: The new export requests are not checked for abnormal consumption.

Resubmit. Valid for any
GW_TEK_REJECT_ACK
(Rejection Message Acknowledgement) activity assigned to the current user (Market Transaction Analyst persona only). Re-sends the message to the market with the same Message ID and Transaction ID.Important! This option should be used only if an error message indicates that the original message was not delivered to the intended recipient.
