Logging on to Web UI

Web UI supports Itron Authentication and Windows Authentication to verify your user credentials. The same user credentials can be used to access both the Itron Enterprise Edition (IEE) rich client application and the Web UI web-based user interface:

• Windows Authentication. Select this option if you normally log on to the IEE rich client with single sign-on credentials. See Logging on with Windows Authentication.
• Itron Authentication. Select this option if you normally log on to the IEE rich client with credentials that are different from your Windows logon credentials. See Logging on with Itron Authentication.
