Viewing validation resolution logs from the validation queue

IEE displays the validation resolution history for any service point that failed validation.

  1. Go to Meter Data Management > Queues and Diagnostics > Validation Queue.

  2. Use the Filter or Search to find the queue entry.

  3. Right-click the queue entry and select View Resolution Logs.

    The Resolution Log opens in a new window.

  4. Click OK to close the Resolution Log and return to the queue.
