Filtering the reading validation queue

The reading validation queue includes the following filter options:

• Main filter. Define and apply main filter criteria by clicking Filter () in the top pane.

• Secondary filter. Define and apply secondary filter criteria by using the Filter pane of the Queue window.

1. Go to Meter Data Management > Tools > Queues and Diagnostics > Validation Queue.

2. Click Filter () to open the main filter. All filter criteria are optional.

3. Define the filter criteria:

   • Filtering validation queue by owner

   • Filtering validation queue by validation state

   • Filter validation queue by validation rule

   • Filtering validation queue by date

   • Filtering validation queue by configuration group

4. Click OK to apply the filter items you selected, or click Cancel to return to the queue without applying any new filter criteria.

5. (Optional) Apply secondary filter criteria to refine the queue item list. In the Filter pane, click the plus signs to expand the tree.

   • Filtering validation queue by queue state

   • Filtering validation queue by user

   • Filtering validation queue by validation rule and status

   • Filtering validation queue by rule results
