Records for object in time period

Use the Records for Object in Time Period query to search for a particular configuration object in a given time.

To create an audit log report for records for objects in a time period:

  1. Go to Meter Data Management >Tools > Audit.

  2. Select the Records for object in time period tab.

  3. Click Select Configuration Object.

  4. Use the Using the search utility dialog to select the configuration objects.

  5. Date/Time. Define the date and time using the following options:

    • Select the Time Period from the dropdown menu and select the appropriate date and time criteria.

    • (Optional) Click Reading Groups to view and select a particular meter reading group. For more information about using reading groups, see Reading group selection.

    • (Optional) Click Schedule Dates to select a Time of Use (TOU) schedule. For more information, see Schedule dates.

  6. (Optional) Select a Time Zone from the dropdown menu. The Time Zone defaults to the time zone defined in your version of IEE.

  7. Show Audit Log. Click to create the log.

  8. A new Results tab appears on the Audit user interface. Any objects that meet the selected audit criteria display in the top list of the Results tab (under Records for an object in time period). Select an item to view specific Audit Log Entry Details in the bottom list.

  9. (Optional) Click Search Again to create another audit log.
