Queues and diagnostics

Use the queues and diagnostics to help manage exceptions.

Go to Meter Data Management > Tools > Queues and Diagnostics and select from the following:

• Remote interrogation queue. Resolve exceptions caused by data retrieval through service mode.

• Import fail queue. Resolve exceptions caused by data retrieval through XML.

• Validation queue. Resolve exceptions caused by data that failed primary or secondary validation.

• Queue assignment. Assign reading validation queue items to operators for resolution.

• Operator team maintenance. Create and manage operator teams.
