Disconnecting service

Use this service to disconnect a meter immediately or at a future date.

1. Go to AMI > Processing > AMI Connect Disconnect.

2. Click Using the search utility to locate the Meter ID.

   After selecting a meter ID, place the cursor over the Gear icon () to view the meter's capabilities. If a meter ID is not specified, meter capabilities are not applicable.

3. Select Disconnect.

4. To schedule a future disconnect, enter the Start Date and time you want the disconnect to occur. For an immediate disconnect, leave the Start Date at the default.

5. Click Submit to disconnect.

   The Status Box displays the progress of the request.
