Viewing contingency read requests

Use the AMI Contingency Read Monitor to view the criteria and status of current, completed, and pending contingency reads. The monitor screen lists all of the two way communications history for the selected meter, account, premise, or service point. It includes the contingency read submission date, lists exceptions, number of reading retries and interval data information.

For more detailed information about the entity or program, the Diagnostics button links you to the Diagnostics and Troubleshooting screen for the selected contingency read. Diagnostics provides more detailed information about the entity and program, graphing options, and links to various tightly related processes and monitors. 1. Go to AMI > Processing > AMI Contingency Read Monitor.

2. Use the filter or the search to define the contingency reads to display in the monitor. For more information, see Filtering the AMI contingency read monitor and Searching the AMI contingency read monitor.

3. To view more information about a contingency read, click the row to select it and then click Diagnostics.
