Filtering the AMI contingency read monitor

The queue search allows you to locate queue items by account ID, meter ID, premise ID, service point ID, or service order ID. If you have applied a filter, and then you enter a search query, the search results replace the filter results.

  1. Click Filter .

  2. In the Filter dialog, define the following parameters:

  • Submitted. The request submit date.

  • Reading. The date range of the requested reading period.

  • Date Range. The date range of contingency reads to display. Use one of the following methods to define the date range:

    • Select Custom to enter a start and end date. Start Time defines the earliest request or reading to display. End Time defines the latest request or reading to display.

    • Select a defined time period, such as Yesterday, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days.

  • (Optional) Correlation ID. The correlation ID for the individual item included in the request.

  • (Optional) User ID. The user ID of the person who submitted the request.

  • (Optional) Request Status. The status of the request. Filter by a specific status.

  1. Click Apply to refresh the display based on the filter criteria.
