Report inactive entity ETL task

The ReportInactiveEntity ETL Task template allows you to schedule, execute, and monitor an ETL process through the IEE Task system. It calls the ReportInactiveEntity_ETL stored procedure, which performs the work.

This process pre-populates a summary table that is required prior to creating the Use on Inactive Entity report in the IEE Rich Client. If using the Use on Inactive Entity report, you should scheduled this task to run periodically, typically on a nightly basis.

Note: The Use on Inactive Enterprise report requires that the CIS update IEE with inactive SP statuses.

Use the following procedure to configure a task template:

  1. Go to System Operations > Task Management > Task Templates.

  2. Use the dropdown menu to select the Task Type and Task Template. (Click Add to create a new task template. For more information, see Adding task templates.)

  3. Configure the Task specific parameters. These parameters are defined after step 5 of this procedure.

  4. Configure the Common task template parameters. For more information, see Task template parameters.

  5. Click Save.

This task does not require any task specific parameters.
