Customer Service dashboard
The Customer Service dashboard allows you to search for an account and displays search results in a table.

On the Itron Analytics home dashboard, click Customer Service.

Click a link to the Customer Service dashboard. For example, https://analyticsportal.itrontotal.com/?tid=<TenantID>/csr.

To search for an account, use the dropdown menu and the search box. For more information, see Searching for an account .

To perform an advanced search, click Advanced Search. For more information, see Searching for an account using the Advanced Search Tool.
After searching, the account search results table displays a list of the accounts matching the search parameters. The table includes service point IDs and related information. The table displays a maximum of 200 results. By default, results are sorted first by alphanumeric Account Number, and second by Service Point link end date.
Important! Service points that are currently attached to the account and marked Active are indicated with bold font and listed before service points that are either not currently attached or are marked Inactive.

Account Number. The account number. Click this to view the Account page. For more information, see Account page.

Account Name. The customer or business name associated with the account.

Address. The customer or business name associated with the account.

Account Type. The type of account associated with the service point. This can be Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Undefined.

Revenue Class. The revenue class associated with the account. This is a customizable value.

Service Point. The unique identification number for a location that receives utility service.

Commodity Usage Type. Your utility company's unique designation for the service point's type of usage. This is an optional configurable field.

Endpoint ID. The ERT identification number.

Meter Number. The number of the meter installed at the service point.
