Searching for an account

  1. From the search criterion menu, select a criterion by which you want to search for an account:

    • Account Name

    • Account Number

    • Business Name

    • Endpoint ID

    • Meter Number

    • Service Address

    • Service Point

  2. Each time you visit the Customer Service dashboard, the search criterion menu is populated with the one you most recently used.

  3. Type a full or partial value you want to search for in the Search box.

  4. Itron Analytics allows some special characters as valid search criteria. If your search includes a special character Itron Analytics does not recognize as valid, then a message appears indicating that your search contains invalid characters.

  5. A blank value returns all results.

  6. Click Search ().

    or

    Press ENTER.

  7. If your search returns multiple results, then the results are displayed in the account search results table. For more information, see Customer Service dashboard. If your search returns only one result, then the account page for that result is opened. For more information, see Account page.
