Configurations

The Configurations page is located under the DI Configurations menu. Use this page to view the configuration history of distributed intelligence agents running on an endpoint. DI configurations may be changed at Itron's recommendation to optimize for your specific environment or to adjust sensitivity or other parameters involved in generating outcome alarms or other data processing. DI configurations are a set of parameter settings contained in a configuration file and referred to as a Configuration Change Request (CCR). A single CCR is limited to changing only one individual feature or capability per agent. So, in some cases, Itron must create—and the utility admin user must approve—multiple CCRs. CCRs may target a single device, a group of devices, or all the devices with the application and feature installed. Devices are identified by their Electronic Serial Numbers (ESN).

This page is only available if your App Platform deployment has Distributed Intelligence (DI) and is only available to DI Itron Administrators and DI Customer Administrators.
