Viewing configuration details

The Configuration Details page can be accessed by:

• In the Configurations History table, click a CCR ID in the ID column.

The Configuration Details page displays details about a specific configuration and allows you to export the configuration. For more information, see Exporting a configuration.

The following tabs display additional information about the configuration:

• (DI Itron Administrator only) Change Request. Displays the XML of the change request associated with the configuration.

• Effective Configuration. Displays information about the previous effective configuration. The configuration has multiple levels in a hierarchy. First it could be set on an ESN, and then it could be set on a group, and then it could be set as a default. The effective configuration is the combination of this hierarchy, and represents the configuration effectively running on the meter.

• Errors. Displays any errors associated with the configuration.
