Viewing configurations history

  1. On the Configurations page, from the Applications dropdown menu, select the application for which you want to view the configuration history.

    Tip: Selecting All will display the configuration history for all applications.

    The Features dropdown menu filters to the features associated with the selected application.

  2. From the Features dropdown menu, select the feature for which you want to view the configuration history.

    Tip: Selecting All will display the configuration history for all features associated with the selected application.

  3. Under Target, select the type of target for the request.

    • Global. The configuration history of all devices with the application and feature installed.

    • ESN. The configuration history of a limited set of devices.

  4. If ESN is selected, in ESN, type the ESN for the device you want to view the configuration history of. For a group of devices, type or copy a comma-separated list of the devices' ESNs. The list can contain up to 250,000 ESNs.

  5. Click Apply.

    The Configurations History table updates with data for the selected application, feature, and target. This table includes the following columns:

    • ID. The unique identifier for the configuration change request. Click this to open the Configuration Details page. For more information, see Viewing configuration details

      Note: This number is not a job ID from the AMI head end software.

    • Last Updated. The date and time the configuration was updated.

    • Status. The status of the configuration.

    • Application. The application that is associated with the configuration.

    • Feature. The feature that is associated with the configuration.

    • Target. The scope of the configuration.

    • Version. The version of the configuration.

  6. To view more details about a configuration, click the ID to open the Configuration Details page. For more information, see Viewing configuration details
