OpenWay Integration

The OpenWay Integration page is located under the Application Settings menu. Use this page to configure communication with OpenWay Collection Manager software. For more information on two-way communication with Fixed Network, see Configuring integration with Itron Hybrid Connector (IHC) or Configuring communication with OpenWay using Data Hub Agent.

This page is only available if your Itron Analytics deployment has an OpenWay Collection Manager external system.

Caution: Before making any changes to the OpenWay Integration values, contact Itron Technical Support Services at support@itron.com or 1-877-487-6602.
