Persona assignments

Personas can be assigned to tenant users. Assignments can be specified and edited by tenant administrators only.

To access the persona assignment functionality, navigate to a Tenant Details page and then select the Users tab or Groups tab. From here, you can edit the permissions for a single user or for multiple users.

Tip: If the Personas tab does not appear on your Tenant User Authorizations screen, navigate to the application for your tenant and select the Personas tab. All associated personas should then appear.

Important! User names are in the User Principal Name (UPN) format (for example, jdoe@domain.com). This is similar to the standard email address format and may or may not match your actual email address. If you encounter a sign-in error, make sure that you are using your UPN, or contact your administrator to confirm your UPN account name.
