Reports – Audit events
Accessible from the View Menu within Administration > Environment > Reports, the Environment – Reports/Audit events interface provides historical information for all security-related user events within the environment, required for auditing purposes. To open this report, click the View Menu icon in the page header.
Expand the Reports panel and then click Audit events.

To locate an event in the list, click Search (), enter all or part of any field, and press Enter or click Search (
) again. The results appear in the list. You can also use Filters (
) to narrow your results. For details, see Filters (Reports – Audit events).
The table supports the following controls:

To view the details of any listed event, click the notebook icon (
) on the same row to reveal a pop-up window, where you can click Copy to clipboard to save the event information to your clipboard and then paste this text into a document or email message for further investigation.

To view any field that has been truncated due to width constraints, hover over the text to reveal a tooltip with full text.

By default, the table is sorted by Date (local time), most recent first. To change the sort order, click the column header for Date or Event type to sort by that attribute. An up arrow appears in the column header, indicating that the sort is in ascending order. Click the column header again to switch to descending order, indicated by a down arrow.

To export this table as a CSV file, click the Actions icon (
) in the page header and select Export table to CSV. This file is saved to your browser's configured download location.
