Upgrading OHS

Before proceeding, review the OHS Prerequisites.

Important! Upgrading to a newer version of OHS is supported from OHS version 2.1 and higher (Itron.Platform.OHS_2.1.0.*.msi). If your existing version of OHS is an earlier version, then back up the configuration files and uninstall the service. Once the uninstall is complete, perform the installation and then restore the configuration files.

Upgrading OHS requires the following procedures:

• Downloading the upgrade package

• Installing the OHS upgrade
