• Resolution: Take the following recovery steps:

  • OHS is running on a machine which has less than recommended free space on drive where OHS is installed. Make adjustments as needed.

  • Refer to Host system requirements.

Failed

• Test Result: System is having less than 5GB of free space

• Resolution: Take the following recovery steps:

  • Create more free space on the machine where OHS is running. Run scans to identify folders that are taking up space on the machine.

  • OHS has archive folders containing uploaded files. Clean up the folder named file-uploads-archive. Set up an automated process to clean up this folder after the agreed retention period. This is required only for OHS instances that are configured to perform file uploads.
