Passed

System is having normal CPU and Memory Utilization.

Alert

• Test Result: System is having more than 80% of CPU or Memory Usage

• Resolution: The CPU usage on the machine is high and could impact performance. Free up resources or scale up the machine as needed.

Failed

• Test Result: System is having more than 90% of CPU or Memory Usage.

• Resolution: Check for the following conditions:

  • The CPU usage on the machine is very high. Free up resources or scale up the machine as this is impacting performance.

  • Identify any services or applications that are consuming resources.

  • If OHS is consuming most of the resources, determine whether the load on OHS is abnormal.

  • Check to see if the machine is set up for the system scale that is expected. Refer to Host system requirements and make the necessary updates.
