Installing a new instance of OHS

Before proceeding, review the OHS Prerequisites.

Important! Ensure that Hybrid Connector has been added as an application for the current tenant. To confirm, navigate to Tenant > Applications. If you do not see the page, contact your Tenant Admin to add the persona association to your account. For more information, see the Persona assignments section in the Tenant Management Online Help.

Using a web browser, log on to a designated Itron portal in an environment where the Hybrid Connector is currently deployed (for example, portal.itrontotal.com).

If you have access to multiple tenants within this environment, make sure that you are currently working in the tenant for which you want to install and configure OHS:

1. Click the Account icon () in the page header and select Switch tenant. In the dialog, the current tenant name appears under your account name.

2. If needed, select a different tenant and click Update.
