Activities

The Activities tab provides a list of exception activities and reason codes related to the transaction, including errors. From here, you can generate resolution actions. This tab displays a table with the following columns:

  • Activity ID. The activity's numeric identifier.
  • Activity reason code. The reason code of the activity.
  • Activity description. A description of the activity reason code.
  • NMI. The 10-character National Metering Identifier.
  • Activity created date. The date and time at which the system created the activity.
  • Activity status. The current status of the activity: OPEN, PENDING, READY, CLOSED, or CANCELLED.
  • Activity email sent. Indicates whether an email notification has been sent: Yes or No.
  • Activity assigned to. The MTS user currently assigned to the activity (will be blank if not assigned). 
  • Activity note. Any additional information about the activity.
  • Actions (). Options vary according to persona and transaction type. For details, see Activity Actions.
