Service Order Actions

For service order request transactions, the Actions menu () in the page header provides the following options:

• Authorise Replacement. Sets a replacement flag on the transaction and tags the authorisation with your username. Valid for service order request transactions with an Activity status of Rejected and an Action type of New.
• Edit Work Order ID. Opens a dialog box that allows you to edit the nine-digit Work Order ID.
• Edit Property Notes. Opens a dialog box that allows you to edit the text shown in the Note panel on the General tab.
