The following options are available from the Actions menu (
) in the page header:
-

It opens a transaction dialog box for creating a new Service Order Response for every selected transaction. The dialog box contains prepopulated values for every field except Reason and Note, which contain default values that you can change. See also Adding a New Transaction.
Note: In the case of multiple selections, submitting a new transaction response will send a cancellation Service Order Response for every selected Service Order Request transaction.

The export will contain only the columns displayed on the screen, in the same order. - Column visibility. Enables you to adjust which groups of columns are visible or hidden. Columns are grouped as Specific (shown when a specific transaction type is selected in the filter), Extended (rarely used data common to most transaction types), Activity (automatically shown when an Activity filter field is selected), Acknowledgment, and Linked. The adjusted visibility will persist in subsequent views if you use the same device and browser.
-
Save current filter. Allows you to save the current filter values for later use. This action opens a dialog box in which you can assign a Name to the filter and designate it as Public or Private from the Category drop-down menu. A public filter will be visible to any user. A private filter will be visible only to the current user.
Note: Saved filters must have generic date ranges so that they can be used later. From the Date range drop-down menu, select a generic value: Today, Yesterday and today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, or Previous month.
