Invoice Details

The Invoice Details table (accessed from Outcomes > MTS network billing > Billing Invoices tab) provides itemized details about the transactions associated with the selected invoice.

Note:  Click the back arrow () in the page header to return to Billing Invoices.

The data can be sorted by any column by clicking the desired column header. By default, the table is sorted by the Transaction ID column. The table consists of the following columns:

  • Transaction ID. The numeric identifier of a transaction.
  • Record type. A code used by billing personnel to identify record types.
  • Transaction date. The date when the transaction occurred.
  • Gross value. The pre-tax transaction cost. All gross values in this column equal the Gross invoice amount for the corresponding invoice shown in the Billing Invoices table.

  • GST value. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) charged on the transaction. All GST values in this column equal the GST amount for the corresponding invoice shown in the Billing Invoices table.
  • Net value. The total transaction cost (GST included). All net values in this column equal the Net invoice amount for the corresponding invoice shown in the Billing Invoices table.
  • Network tariff code. A tariff code of up to 10 characters.
  • NMI. The endpoint's National Metering Identifier.
  • Old invoice number. When an existing invoice is converted to a credit, the original invoice number is copied to this field.
  • Old transaction ID. When an existing transaction is converted to a credit, its transaction ID is copied to this field. A new ID is generated and is shown in the Transaction ID column.

Note:  In this case, the Invoice ID (shown in the Billing Invoices table) ends with an appended C to indicate a credit.
