Acknowledgement

Note:  The Acknowledgement panel does not display for service order requests.

The Acknowledgement panel provides the following transaction acknowledgements:

• Business accept/reject status. Displays a status of Accept or Reject.

  Tip:  This field is useful for reference when working from the Activities tab.

• Event code. The event type's numerical identifier.
• Description. Short description of the transaction.
• Explanation. Detailed description of the transaction.
• Key info. A security key consisting of 80 characters maximum.

Note:  Displayed fields may vary depending on transaction type.
