Activity History

The Activity History page for an activity provides an audit history of the changes that have been made to the activity entry and includes the following details:

• Activity ID. The activity's numeric identifier (shown in the header).
• Updated datetime. The date and time at which the activity entry was updated in MTS.
• Activity status. The status of the activity: OPEN, PENDING, READY, CLOSED, or CANCELLED.
• Assigned to. The MTS user assigned to the activity at each update. 
• Activity note. Any additional information about the activity.
• Updated by. The MTS user who updated the activity.
