Viewing validation graphs

The validation graph feature uses IEE's Interactive Graphing capabilities to provide a graphical view of interval data for failed validation items. You can use the graphing feature to spot data gaps, abnormal usage, and other data issues that caused the item to fail the validation process.

Viewing a Graph of a Failed Validation

1. Go to Meter Data Management > Queues and Diagnostics > Validation Queue.

2. Select the queue entry or entries.

3. Right-click the selection to open the validation queue menu.

4. Click View Graph.

   IEE opens the graph in a new tab. For more information about what you can do with the graph, see Interactive graphing.

   When you launch graphs from a failed queue item, the graph may display more than one channel for the service point. If there are more than eight channels, only the first eight are listed.
