Security group membership tab (workgroups)

Use the security group membership tab add a workgroup to a security group or to remove an existing workgroup from a security group. This is an optional setting. To assign a workgroup to a security group, you first must create security groups. If you do not have any security groups, you can create them later and assign a workgroup to them after they are created.

Configuring Security Group Membership

  1. (Optional) Click the Security Group Membership tab to associate this workgroup with a security group. If a security group membership is selected, IEE assigns all users in this workgroup to the security group.

    • Use the and buttons to assign this workgroup to a security group.

    • If you have more than 200 security groups, enter a search string in the Group Name Like field and click Apply Filters.

  2. Click Save.

  3. (Optional) Select the Printers tab to assign access to specific printers for this workgroup. For more information, see Printers tab (workgroups).
